The LiveVoice pricing is modular, so you can choose what you need.

First you book an account plan. There are different account plans available, depending on your maximum number of participants and features you need. We offer day plans and subscription plans.

Then, you can optionally add AI services like AI Voice Translation or Closed Captions, which are billed by the minute, pay-as-you-go.

You can set your account to either LIGHT, SMART or PRO. All your events will then have the features of this account type. In Test Plan you can try all three types for free. Once you booked, you can still downgrade or upgrade.

LIGHT users can enjoy all the essential features of LiveVoice: Unlimited number of events and channels, statistics, delay channels for hybrid events, speaker handover and more.

With SMART you get an enhanced experience with features like recording and branding.

PRO users can take advantage of features for professional productions, like video for Remote Interpreters, auto floor distribution or audio import.

The participant limit means the maximum number of people joining at the same time. So for example with a 50 participants plan you can have two events at the same time with 25 participants each, with as many channels as you want. You do not have to pay extra for multiple channels or events.

With the test plan you are able to test LiveVoice for free with up to 3 participants.

You have the option to turn on the "Temporary Auto Upgrade" option to upgrade to a certain amount. If you do so, whenever your booked participant limit has been exceeded on a given day, LiveVoice automatically books an additional day plan to match your actually needs. At the end of that day the billing occurs. Learn more on Auto Upgrade here.
You can change the date of booked days up to 48 hours before the booked date.
If you want to cancel a booked day get in touch with us via service@livevoice.io. It's not always possible to cancel a day plan, but our support team will look into what we can do for you. Subscriptions can be canceled during every billing cycle before they automatically renew. Log in to your admin account to find the "Cancel subscription" link.
Yes, you can upgrade account plans anytime. You will only be billed the difference between the cheaper and the more expensive plan.

For upgrading the participants number of day plans, simply book an additional day plan for the same day - the participants of both bookings will be then counted together.
You can downgrade your subscriptions anytime, however the new (smaller) subscription plan will only take effect after the cycle of the bigger one has ended. For day plans, you need to cancel your bigger plan up to 48 hours before the booked date and then book a new, smaller day plan.
Yes, you can have a subscription plan and book single days at the same time. The number of max participants of the two plans will be added up for the overlapping timeframe. For example: You run on an annually 50 participants subscription plan and then book a 25 participants day plan. On that day your limit will be 75 participants.
No, we currently do not offer switching between these two types of plans. But you can have a subscription and booked days at the same time. The number of listeners of the two plans will be added up for the overlapping timeframe.
Once your booked day or subscription is over, your account will switch to free Test Plan. Your events and channels will remain as they are. Only the participant limit will be lower, limited to 3 participants.
