Frequently asked questions

Original Subtitles are also known as Closed Captions, this means you can provide a live transcription of what is spoken in any audio channel. Translated Subtitles are translations based on another language and will be displayed separately.
Costs depend on the time you are using the feature. It will be billed by minute additionally to your booked LiveVoice listener plan (day plan or subscription). Minutes start counting as soon as a speaker starts a channel that has subtitles enabled. Once a week you will get the invoice for all used minutes within that week.
Yes! You can combine both AI Subtitles and AI Voice Translation in any way you want. For example you can add AI Subtitles as closed captions to each of the AI Voice channels. Or you can add even more translated subtitles for other languages that you do not offer as Voice Translation.
