Learn how to use the LiveVoice Channels API to start and stop AI translation and external imports, including endpoints and error codes.
Start AI
Starts AI translation for one of your channels. Note that AI has to be set up correctly before calling that.
Endpoint:
URL Params:
- id (the Channel ID)
Errors:
- [404] not_found (provided channel ID was invalid)
- [422] already_in_state (channel is already AI translating)
- [422] not_configured (channel is not configured to use AI translation or account has no payment method)
Stop AI
Stops AI translation for one of your channels.
Endpoint:
URL Params:
- id (the Channel ID)
Errors:
- [404] not_found (provided channel ID was invalid)
- [422] not_in_state (channel is currently not AI translating)
Start Import
Starts importing an external source for one of your channels. Note that the import has to be set up correctly before calling that.
Endpoint:
URL Params:
- id (the Channel ID)
Errors:
- [404] not_found (provided channel ID was invalid)
- [422] already_in_state (channel is already importing)
- [422] not_configured (channel is not configured to use import)
Stop Import
Stops the import from an external source for one of your channels.
