We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager that will provide great customer service to the LiveVoice clients and tell new ones about how they can benefit from it. Your tasks include:

Work environment: The job will be a mixture between office and remote work. The office is located in Salzburg (Austria), so this will be your main working place. Living the remote work culture since long before this became a big topic, our team is located in different cities across Austria and Germany, with our HQ in Salzburg.
