LiveVoice is an Austrian start-up that turns smartphones and computers into a flexible audio transmission system for language interpretation, audio description, guided tours and more.

We want to democratize live event audio with the purpose of accessibility and inclusion, with a super simple digital solution that anyone can use and afford. Our vision in short: Live Audio made accessible for everyone. Anywhere. Anytime.

Since 2019 on the market, we now have customers in 70 countries on all five continents. From small NPOs to large corporations, from churches to festivals. With a fast-growing customer base and many new features under development, we strive to grow in a healthy way and want to expand our team with people of character.

Who you are

This position will be great for you if you:

  • Are excited about new technologies
  • Explained how Zoom works to your mom when it came up ;) What we mean: You understand easily how apps, smartphones and computers work, and are able to teach that to others (no programming expertise needed, but general interest in IT and tech topics)
  • Have an affinity to audio-visual technology, ideally having some basic experience with that in the context of events
  • Speak & write German and English fluently. Spanish would be nice too, but not required
  • Are happy to communicate with people via email, phone and in person
  • Work in a reliable and structured way
  • Have a hands-on mentality, thinking about creative solutions
  • Are a good team player (of course) :)
  • Look for a full time or part time job (25-40 hours per week)

Your role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager that will provide great customer service to the LiveVoice clients and tell new ones about how they can benefit from it. Your tasks include:

  • Taking care of customer service requests (mostly via email, sometimes via video calls)
  • Managing sales requests and providing live demos to potential customers
  • Creating offers for special custom requests
  • Remote service: Providing online support to customers in case they need anything
  • On-site service: In some cases, customers want our support at the location (so you might have the chance to fly to Puerto Rico, Washington D.C. or other locations in the world)
  • Providing webinars for interested potential clients
  • Events and trade shows: Representing LiveVoice at trade shows to potential new customers

Pay and benefits

Pay and benefits: Salary is based on the „Kollektivvertrag Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik“, depending on your experience. You find it online here.

Work environment: Living the remote work culture since long before this became a big topic, our team is located in different cities across Austria, with our HQ in Salzburg. We try to live the flexibility of remote work while also taking into account the importance of feeling each other by meeting face to face.
The service, sales and marketing department is located in Salzburg. The job will be a mixture of office and remote work and we will be happy to talk about how you would like to handle this.
