Customer Success Manager - Events & Support (m/w/d)

Company: LiveVoice is a fast-growing Austrian scale-up that turns smartphones and computers  into a flexible audio system for live translation, silent conferencing, guided tours, and much  more. Customers in over 100 countries use our platform — from small nonprofits to large  enterprises, from churches to festivals.

To continue growing, we’re looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager (40h/week) who  inspires and supports our customers and shows them how LiveVoice makes their events easier and better.

What you bring

  • A hands-on mentality & enthusiasm for taking ownership 
  • Technical affinity & the ability to explain technical topics in simple terms 
  • Ideally: experience with audio/video technology in event or live production  environments 
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience 
  • A structured and reliable working style 
  • Team spirit & clear communication 
  • Excellent English skills

Your responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

  • Business development of US market 
  • Manage inbound sales inquiries & deliver compelling live demos 
  • Create tailored offers for specific customer requirements 
  • Support customers via email & video calls (setup, troubleshooting, best practices)
  • Provide occasional on-site support (primarily in DACH, sometimes internationally)
  • Represent LiveVoice at events & trade shows
