Step 1: Create event

In LiveVoice you always start with creating an "event", no matter what occasion you are using it for. So in the case of guided tours, "event" can refer to "tour".

Step 2: Create a channel

Give the channel a name, for example you can name if after the guide.

Step 3: Share with guests and tour guide

a) Click "Share with your audience" to get the invite options for the guests.

b) Click "Invite speaker" to get the invite options for the tour guide.
