LiveVoice is an Austrian scale-up that turns smartphones and computers into a flexible audio AI transmission system for live translation, silent conferencing, guided tours, event accessibility and more.

We want to democratize live event audio with the purpose of accessibility and inclusion, with a super simple digital solution that anyone can use and afford. Our vision in short: Live Audio made accessible for everyone. Anywhere. Anytime.

Since 2019 on the market, we now have customers in 80+ countries on all five continents. From small NPOs to large corporations, from churches to festivals. With a fast-growing customer base and many new features under development, we strive to grow in a healthy way and want to expand our team with people of character.

Deine Rolle

We are looking for a Team Assistant that supports our team in administrative functions and might also include customer service tasks and others. Your tasks include:

  • Travel coordination
  • Book keeping preparations
  • Invoicing
  • Refunds management
  • Equipment management
  • Research

Bezahlung und Benefits

Pay and benefits: Salary is oriented at the „Kollektivvertrag Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik“, depending on your experience. You find it online here.

Work environment: Our team is located in different cities across Austria, with our HQ in Salzburg. We try to live the flexibility of remote work while also taking into account the importance of feeling each other by meeting face to face.
The job will be mostly in the Salzburg office, but some remote work is also possible.
