How the account participant limit works

Learn what the participant limit in LiveVoice means and how it works.

LiveVoice counts concurrent participants. This is also the relevant metric for the pricing.

The max. participant limit means the maximum number of people listening at the same time. As soon as someone clicks the play button, they will be counted as an active listener.

So for example with a 50 listeners plan you can have one event with 50 participants at the same time, or 2 events at the same time with 25 participants each, with as many channels as you want. You do not have to pay extra for multiple channels or events.

You can create and have as many events as needed, the plan you booked counts for the whole account.

For example: If you book 25 participants for da day and have an event on Monday 10:00am with 25 participants, and your next event starts Monday at 18:00pm, you can have again up to 25 participants.

Example:

Monday Event 1 - 10:00 am - up to 25 participants

Monday Event 2 - 18:00 pm - up to 25 participants

You can also have two events at the same time, then the subscription for 25 participants will spread out on both events, for example:

Monday Event 1 - 10:00 am - 15 participants

Monday Event 2 - 10:00 am - 10 participants

or

Monday Event 1 - 10:00 am - 2 participants

Monday Event 2 - 10:00 am - 23 participants
