What does it mean to be the "admin"? What can I do?

As the admin, you are the "organizer". You can manage everything in your LiveVoice account: Setting up events and channels, inviting speakers and listeners, recording your streams and much more. As the admin, you can also pick and book the LiveVoice plan you need according to the size and time of your event, all directly yourself.
Is creating an account for free?

Yes! You can sign up for an account for free and test everything out with up to 3 listeners. Once you are ready, you can book day plans or subscription plans according to your needs.
Will speakers and listeners also need to sign up?

No! They only need the code you provide.
How much does LiveVoice cost?

I want to start streaming, what do I need to do?

You should receive your speaker code or smart link from the event admin you are working for. Now you can either use your smartphone/tablet or computer. For mobile devices please download the app. If you stream on a computer, simply click the smart link or enter the code here on our website.
Do I need to sign up for an account to start streaming?

No, you do not need an account. You receive your speaker code or smart link from the event admin you are working for. Simply enter that into the code field and off you go :)
I do not have a smartphone. Can I still stream via LiveVoice?

Yes, you can stream from a computer, simply click the smart link or enter the code you received from the event admin here.
I cannot or do not want to download apps, can I use LiveVoice on my smartphone with the web browser?

You can also stream from your mobile phone using a web browser, but we strongly recommend to use the app in order to make sure the stream is stable. If you really have no other option and choose to stream from your mobile browser, make sure the browser window stays open and you do not lock your device.
What do I do after I entered the code?

After entering the speaker code you will see the "speakers lobby". There you can click on "start streaming" and immediately your listeners will be able to hear you.
Do I need to be connected to WIFI in order to stream?

To use LiveVoice you need to be connected to the internet in some way. If you do not have WIFI available, mobile data (3G, 4G, 5G) will be just as fine.

You get your listener code or smart link from the event, meeting or conference you are attending. Now you can either use your smartphone/tablet or computer to enter and listen. For mobile devices please download the app. If you listen on a computer, simply click the smart link or enter the code here.
