Examples of refunds we’d grant.
- When canceling your ‘booked days’ up to 48 hours before the start of every booked day (only possible by sending us an email to service@livevoice.io) we may refund 50% of associate payments if cancellation happens for good reasons.
- If you were just charged for your next month/year of LiveVoice, but you meant to cancel and contacted us within the first week of this new billing cycle, we’ll refund 80% of your last payment.
The refunded amount will be less a small processing fee to compensate for transaction costs.
Examples of partial refunds or credits we’d grant.
- If you have mistakenly booked a yearly subscription plan and want to cancel it and let us know within one week of this booking, we’d consider to refund part of the amount. If the full amount is refunded a small processing fee will be deducted to compensate for transaction costs.
- If we had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month) we’d issue a partial credit to your account.
EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights
- These withdrawal rights apply only to EU Consumers, meaning private individuals using LiveVoice for personal, non-business purposes while in the EU. They do not apply to companies, freelancers, churches, charities, associations, or any other organizations.
- EU Consumers have a statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
You may withdraw using our withdrawal button or by sending us a clear statement of withdrawal.
If you choose to start using LiveVoice immediately, you agree that we may charge a proportionate amount for the period of service already provided before withdrawal. - In case LiveVoice does not conform to the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/770, Consumers are entitled to repair, price reduction, or contract termination with full refund, depending on the nature of the non‑conformity.
