With AI Translation On Demand you get ultimate flexibility. If you are not sure which languages will be needed at your event, you can activate Language Requests. This allows participants to request languages in the app, which you can then approve either automatically or manually.

You can auto-approve a certain number of languages or approve them manually only.

Setup

1. 1.
   Go to event settings and then to AI Features.

   Activate On Demand Language Requests

   Select a source channel and if not already set for this source channel, define the language(s) spoken on it.
2. 4.
   Choose how many languages you want to approve automatically. You can also choose to only approve manually. In this way you have full control over how many languages might be activated and therefore cause AI minutes to be billed.
3. 5.
   Decide after what time On Demand channels will be deleted again from the system to keep your event clean.

💡 AI will get active only when someone listens or reads, and will be paused again if no one listens for 15 minutes.
💡 Additionally, Cost Control by Voice Activity is set to pause automatically, if nothing is spoken on the source channel for 60 minutes.
